Presentation of the global program

The lockdown in Europe has been affecting our lives and our collective activities, especially concerning COME:ON! system. As it is still impossible to organize face-to-face exchanges, we want to invite you to an online event, on July 3rd and 4th. It will be a great opportunity to share our practices and to continue to develop our beautiful community! If you want to participate, please register on this link!

Our proposition is really simple : we want to share and to create common ideas about our engagements.

Our online Zoom exchanges are focused on empowerment (topic 1), culture and creativity (topic 2) and temporary occupation (topic 3) because our organizations are involved on these topics. Each participant can follow one topic, of course you can also take part to activities from the two other topics. All of the planned sessions are a way to develop content (on video, pictures, writing, audio… format) shared with all the participants at the end of the online event on Whereby. This content will be really useful to prepare the next youth exchanges in real life.

For the participants from Bologna, Rennes and Riga, local events are organized too during the two days in addition to the online parts of the program.

Important information

All the Zoom sessions are recorded to create a video-summary of the event.
You can also show this video (on going) to introduce the whole program of the event.

All the activities are scheduled on belgian / italian / french time.

3rd july 2020

13:00 – 20:00

The first day of this program is focused on contributions young people could make as stakeholders of solidarity individually but also joining initiatives and organisations in this field. Several techniques and initiatives to motivate and be motivated to get involved in solidarity initiatives and organisations will be presented.

This program about culture and creativity aims to re-imagine our cultural future (possibilities, recreating emotions; economic perspectives) and to create a first link between young people involved in the project.

During day one, we will have a session focused on communication tools and the creation of short descriptive video to tell your reality and some ideas of the city of origin, in order to get to know each other better.

The topic of temporary occupation will be introduced on the first day by some case studies from Riga, Brussels and Rennes. A work about the ideal of temporary uses is suggested during the day.

Whereby Rooms

Whereby rooms are socialize rooms: It would be like going to smoke and socialising with whomever is there. During the breaks or after hours. There is no management required and the rooms are limited to 4 participants, so you can get into more intimate conversations. You can use them even after the event (If you would just like to chat with some other youngster from Europe…)
